These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Render Pro Media (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and a user who uses the Website and/or Mobile Application to purchase Products (“Customer” or “You”).
(“Website”) means the collection of Internet pages related to the Company under the domain name https://render.com.kw which is created by the Company as a digital platform to display the services/products offered by the Company to the Client.
(“Mobile Application”) means the mobile application known as the Rawit Application available on both Apple and Android devices.
Your use of the Website and/or Mobile Application constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all of the provisions of these Terms of Service.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED THE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND YOU MUST STOP USING ANY OF THEM IMMEDIATELY.
You confirm and warrant, through your use of the Website/Mobile Application, that all information you provide is true and correct and that you will maintain the correctness of such information by updating it, and you agree to apply the terms of these Terms of Service.

We use the Tap Payments online payment gateway service to make payment transactions via the Website/Mobile Application. This service may incur additional fees or costs. Such fees or associated additional costs may be changed without prior notice. When you make a payment through the website/mobile application, the amount paid will be debited from your card once the payment has been verified by the Tap Payments payment service. All financial transactions are secure through this service.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or government-imposed charges.
Athar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may
be communicated or posted on the Website.
All content including images, workshop materials, instructional videos, creative designs, and
other assets are protected by copyright. You may download workshop-related materials only for
personal use. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
You may request to suspend your account at any time. Amounts already paid are non-
refundable. Athar may suspend or terminate any account in the event of policy violation or
misuse of the platform.

You agree to indemnify Render, its team, instructors, partners, and affiliates against any claims,
losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Website/Mobile Application or violation of

email, notifications, and updates.
If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will
continue in full effect.
Athar shall not be liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond
reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions,
emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes
shall be handled according to applicable Kuwaiti regulations.
